Client

Encecor works with individuals, companies or organizations that manufacture, develop, market
and sell pharmaceuticals and medical devices. People that hire us to do work are named clients.

Customer

The customer is always the individual who has the need for the product or service that our client
provides (manufacture, develops, markets or sells). Regardless of what product is supplied by the
client or what processes are used to do it, the customer is always the one who decides whether to
buy the product or not. The customer is often but not always the end user.
